Apifera Share New Single ‘Notre Damn’

Jazz group Apifera has shared a new single "Notre Damn" today. The track was written and recorded on the same day that Paris’ iconic Notre Dame Cathedral caught on fire.

Apifera draws on real-life spiritual and psychedelic experiences, with their influences ranging from Impressionist composers to the transcendental jazz of Sun Ra. Written and recorded in just three days, Apifera's debut album Overstand combines organic-sounding structures, harmonies and arrangements intended to reflect the rich variety and equilibrium of the natural world.

We’re big fans here at Mezzanine, and we can’t wait for the album to drop 15th January on Stones Throw.
